(If paying by check, the check must match the property address where the work is being performed, and the person writing the check must be the legal property owner. Funds must be available at the time the check is written. Returned checks will incur a \$50 processing fee in addition to any bank fees. No further checks will be accepted from that customer, and payment must be made in cash to resolve the outstanding balance.)
